Syncs with the devices you already train with
Connect Whoop, Oura, Strava, Ultrahuman or Apple Health and Sweatmeal builds today's calories and macros from what you actually did: the day's burn, your recovery where the device has it, and the sessions you trained. See how the numbers are calculated.
Pick your device
- Whoop Daily burn, recovery score and workouts. The fullest picture of a day.
- Oura Activity calories and workouts, plus recovery where Oura supplies it.
- Strava Your activities, with calories estimated when Strava has none.
- Apple Health Active energy, resting energy and workouts, read on your iPhone.
Ultrahuman also connects from the profile screen. It follows the same steps as the cloud connections above.
Integration questions
Which wearables and apps does Sweatmeal sync with?
Whoop, Oura, Strava and Ultrahuman connect from the profile screen, and Apple Health is read on your iPhone. Any one of them is enough; you can connect several.
Do I need a wearable to use Sweatmeal?
No. Without one, the burn starts from a validated resting-metabolism equation scaled by your activity, and your weight trend refines it over time. A wearable replaces that estimate with a measured number.
Which source gives the best numbers?
A wearable that reports the whole day, like Whoop, gives Sweatmeal the strongest burn figure and a recovery score. Apple Health gives energy and workouts but no recovery. Strava gives sessions only.
What if two sources report the same workout?
It is kept once. A direct wearable connection is preferred over Apple Health for the day's burn.
Is syncing a wearable a paid feature?
No. Connecting devices and the calorie and macro targets are free. Pro covers the AI coach, photo and sentence logging and meal suggestions.
